Description
Cam Feeder (Gear Change System)

Features:
- Suit to require high feed accuracy under high feed speed product.
- Suit to cover widest range of material thick to thin, wide to narrow and feed length short to long application.
- Unnecessary to adjust material thickness and feed length can be altered by changing the gears. No special skill needed.
Specifications:
- Adopt cam driving system for intermittent roller feed.
- Change 2 to 4 gears to change feed length.
- Material is driven by lower roller. The upper roller is pressed by spring.
- Using manual air valve to open the upper and lower rollers when insert material.
- Index cams are lubricated in oil bath and gear system is lubricated automatically.
- Both upper and lower rollers are hard chrome plated.
- Release device is eccentric cam, it can easily provide releasing angle between 0°~180° as you wish.
