4. All rollers using bearing steel (SUJ2) with heat treatment to hardness over HRC60° then chromium-plating and fine ground surface for high hardness, low wear to extend lifetime.
5. All rollers were made under high precision of straightness, roundness and cylindrical to keep excellent straighten effect and accuracy.
6. Using fixed point guide roller to make sure material’s alignment while conveying material.
7. Using digital display device to quickly and accurately accomplish the function setting.
8. Heat treated straighten framework before finishing process to prevent deformation to increase straighten effect.
9. Using FC25 casting iron expanded framework and arc-type expansion claw material shelves to have high rigidity and high concentricity.
10. Adopt step-less variable speed device with photo sensor to keep material without roller mark during operation.
11. Easy to raise upper roller set to clean. Speed 20m/minute approximately.
