1.The material is optimized and combined with a precision sheet leveling machine, suitable for leveling stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, and other products with surface and precision requirements, with material thickness between 0.3 and 1.5 mm.

2.The upper roller seat adopts a 45-degree liftable design, making it easier to clean and maintain the rollers, completely preventing scratches on thin sheet materials.

3.The leveling rollers are independently driven with an upper 4/lower 5 structure. The upper leveling section includes auxiliary rollers that can adjust the material's curvature direction as needed. The full-drive correction design enhances the flatness of the sheet surface and meets high-precision, high-demand processing requirements.

4.The roller adjustment uses a special scribed adjustment method, replacing the traditional dial indicator adjustment method. No additional calibration is needed, making the setup more convenient and accurate.

5.Dual inverter control is used to reduce surface scratches caused by startup, lowering the damage rate.

6.This machine can also be used in production lines requiring the shearing of long-sized materials.
